This is the last Will and Testament of me John Docwra of Royston in the County of Cambridge Woolcomber

ffirst I direct that all my debts funeral and testamentary expenses and all probate and Legacy Duties shall be paid

I give and bequeath to my Son William Docwra all my clothes and wearing apparel

I give and bequeath to my Daughter Elizabeth Hall Warren the sum of forty pounds

I give and bequeath to my Daughter Mary the Wife of Charles Champ the sum of thirty pounds

I give and bequeath to my Son Daniel Docwra the sum of ten pounds

I further direct that my furniture be sold and the amount together with all the Rest and Residue of my monies securities property and effects whatsoever I give and bequeath equally between my other four children Sarah Docwra Eliza the Wife of John Council? Hannah the Wife of Octavious Phillips and William Docwra share and share alike

I further direct that in case of the decease of any one or more of my children before my decease then his or her or their share or shares shall be given to his or her or their child and if more than one child shall be equally divided amongst them share and share alike

Lastly I appoint Mr Henry Butler of Royston aforesaid Woolstapler sole Executor of this my last Will

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my mark and seal the tenth day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty five

Proved at London the 21st Novr. 1846 before the Judge by the Oath of Henry Butler the sole Executor to whom Administration was granted having been first sworn by Commission duly to administer.
